An unpeated Japanese single malt from Nikka’s Miyagikyo distillery, made with aromatic yeasts that encourages the development of delicately fruity flavours. The nose brings aromas of lavender, marshmallow, peach, pear, apricot, vanilla, coconut and summer flowers, complemented by notes of green ferns, freshly-baked brioche, white peaches, pears, acacia honey and sea salt on the palate. The finish is filled with lingering notes of chamomile tea, freshly cut grass, fiery ginger and pear blossom.
